How absolutely marvelous to be able to see such colorful birds. Thank you for sharing your photos and the link.
I see birds, long tails, this definately is not Europe, ah : rainbow lorikeets. That are such amazingly pretty birds !
I have yet to see these birds but they always seem so colourful.
Those are some fun shots! The two birds at the top really looks like they are having a conversation!
Thanks for stopping by!
Nice shots. I love images of birds on bare tree limbs.
There's a lot of rainbow lorikeets around my area at this time of year feeding on all the spring flowers.

hi..lovely tree..
That is quite a convention. Lovely images. Thanks for sharing and have a great weekend.
So many of them! You're very lucky to have them in your garden. They must add so much colour to your garden.
The two birds at the top look like a perfect match. I wonder what kind of convention the birds are having in that tree. Nice shot!
Ein tolles, absolut gelunges Bild!
Herzliche Grüße
Ingrid
Interesting pictures! I imagine the loud twittering on that tree!
What can be better than clean blue sky? The birds are the bonus!
Amazing to see Rainbow Lorikeets as wild birds! They are so colorful. The closest bird we have in color to the RL is the little Painted Bunting that lives at the coast.
great shots of the birds talking.. haha. Lovely. ~bangchik
WOW, lucky you! I would love to have the Lorikeets in my yard.
Thank you for the link too.
I have just had a wonderful walk through your garden. What a wonderful collection of plants you have! Great visit, thanks.
They are beautiful birds but noisey critters. I love watching them hang upside down to feed on the bottlebrushes.
Titania! Wonderful blue sky in the background but it is your "designer
stuff" in your previous post that really intrigues me!! Some of those varigated leaves are stunning!
Thanks for your nice comment, Titania; I'm glad to read about your youngest daughter.
As regards the song "Where have the Flowers gone", you're right: unfortunately some never learn.
Happy Sunday!
Sind das zauberhafte Vögelchen, die machen dem Regenbogen alle Ehre.
Schönen Sonntag liebe Titania und morgen einen guten Start in die neue Woche
